Dr. Jamal Ataya, M.D. from Syria, is the Founder of ResRef – Research Reference and an experienced research instructor who has trained over 350 students in scientific research. He has authored and co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, contributing to the advancement of medical education and research capacity in the region.
His work has been recognised internationally, with presentations and selections at prestigious conferences, including the Arab Conference at Harvard, reflecting his dedication to both academic excellence and global collaboration. Through his initiatives, Dr. Ataya continues to inspire and empower the next generation of young researchers.

Dr. Ziad Aljarad, M.D., Ph.D. MPH, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive expertise in gastroenterology, public health, and infectious diseases. He has played a leading role in advancing public health programs, clinical care, and medical education, while also contributing significantly to global health research. Dr. Aljarad has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, with many more under review, reflecting his strong academic and research orientation. As an Associate Editor at Oxford journals, he actively contributes to the international scientific community. Beyond his own work, Dr. Aljarad is a dedicated mentor, having guided dozens of medical students and academic researchers in developing their skills in clinical medicine, research methodology, and scholarly writing. His efforts in capacity building and knowledge dissemination have had a lasting impact on the next generation of healthcare professionals. Recognized for his analytical skills, leadership, and effective communication, Dr. Aljarad continues to bridge the fields of gastroenterology, public health, and infectious diseases, while fostering collaboration and academic excellence at both regional and global levels.

Eng. Sidra Ataya is an AI & Machine Learning engineer from Syria with a passion for developing innovative healthcare solutions. She is the founder of ClearDiagnose, a medical diagnosis platform that helps patients and doctors through symptom-based suggestions, treatment options, and simple dual interfaces for both patients and doctors, under administrative supervision. In 2023, Sidra completed an internship many banks in IT department, gaining valuable experience in digital systems and teamwork. Sidra is also interested in productivity and task management tools (Asana, ClickUp), reflecting her drive to combine technical expertise with effective project management. She aspires to leverage AI to create impactful, accessible, and socially beneficial solutions.
